The FARM Institute in Katama will hold its sixth annual “Sheepapalooza” celebration this Saturday, April 16, from 10 am until 3 pm. The day of activities salutes the farm’s sheep, and gives the public an opportunity to visit newborn lambs. The schedule includes sheep shearing with Andy Rice; fiber arts such as spinning, weaving, dyeing, felting, and knitting; sheepdog demos; and wagon rides. The ArtCliff Diner Food Truck will be serving local dishes. “Sheepapalooza” is paid for in part by the American Lamb Board. Admission is free. For more information, call 508-627-7007 or visit farminstitute.org.
