The Black Dog General Store in Edgartown is sponsoring a Doggie Adoption Day for Angels Helping Animals Worldwide on March 25 from noon to 4 pm. According to a press release, a variety of wonderful dogs will be on hand for adoption.
And Helping Animals Worldwide welcomes anyone interested in volunteering for their non-profit organization. Plus, 20 percent of the store’s sales on March 25 will be donated to Angels Helping Animals Worldwide. Proceeds from the event will help the shelter offset medical, transportation, care and feeding and overhead expenses.
