Daylight-saving time will begin Sunday. The 2005 energy bill, signed by President Bush in August of that year, included a provision that added four weeks to daylight-saving time beginning in 2007.
Daylight-saving time used to start on the first Sunday in April and end on the last Sunday in October. It now ends on the first Sunday in November. Set the clocks ahead one hour.
