Learn how to make a traditional five-course Moroccan feast at the FARM Institute, Saturday, Jan. 14, from 10 am to 2 pm. Emphasis will be placed on authentic Moroccan cooking while using local meat and vegetables whenever possible. The workshop will include a teatime at the beginning to discuss the assortment of salads, savory pastries, slow-cooked stews, couscous with veggies and meats, and almond sweets, and will be followed by a shared meal at the end.
