Mirelle Pinto and Juscirley Pinto of Oak Bluffs announce the birth of a daughter, Julia Oliveira Pinto, born on Nov. 5, 2016, at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Julia weighed 8 pounds, 7.3 ounces.
